There is light at the end of the Carpal Tunnel!
Carpel Tunnel Syndrome results from inflammation & swelling of one of the tendons that pass through the narrow carpel tunnel. This swelling puts pressure on the Median nerve that also passes through the carpel tunnel causing pain, weakness, and numbness. Acupuncture is an effective treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome. It can help eliminate that inflammation and swelling, taking pressure off the nerve and keeping you off the surgical table.
